				 |  ds safety loop? my dssl i believe is coming into contact with the hpipe and is making a terrible noise i tried moving the u bolt style clamp over a bit but is still making noise and wearing into it anyone have this prob and if so what did you do i was thinking about just removing the bolt altoghter as when i last removed the hpipe i couldnt get the two pieces apart anyways or was thinking about the wrap style clamp not sure what there called oh well let me know what you have done if anything thanks in advance

				 |  Re: ds safety loop? Move the bolt so it clears...or remove the bolt all together & maybe throw a few tack welds on the crossover tube.  When/if you have to remove the h-pipe someday, you can heat the welds up with a torch or grind the small tack welds off with a grinder or dremel. |

				 |  Re: ds safety loop? i had to take the hpipe off to do the clutch a little while back and the hpipe wouldnt come apart there anyways so i just removed the bolt and no more noise and it is a lakewood dssl
