Post Oil On Plug Threads??

swapped out my plugs and my 10,000 mile motor had oil on the plug threads not so much on the plug THEY WERE FOULED though, what does this mean? Blow-by improper intake gasket seals? what I am stressed.. motor doesnt smoke but does use a lil oil, NEW MOTOR 10,000 miles. info below.
