Rebuild AOD or swap to 5sp????

well it happened again, my tranny is starting to go. i brought my car to a shop which was recommended by a few people to have it looked at. they said that Aamco did a bang up job on my last rebuild. so now i'm faced with the question: do i get a built AOD by lentech, or do a 5 speed swap? i like the freedom of not having to shift when in traffic and such, but i know a stick will be more fun and net better times. i think i saw a ad in muscle mustangs for a kit to do the swap for about $1600. or would it be worth it to get a lentech with a 3200 stall converter? any thoughts would be great!!!
