Post 1st time to the track

Well it was very fun but also a little discouraging. My best time was as follows
60'-2.17: 1/8--9.5: 1/4--14.70 @ 94.6 MPH
Thought I would run a little faster with my combo. Although my buddies say I will with a little practice. I have seen guys with 2.2 and 2.3 60 foot times that ran 13.9. Maybe the 28" slick we put on was too big for my 3:55's Opinions and encouragement(or not)please.

1969 fast back; yellow; weld wheels; 302 roller with GT-40 heads; 3:55 gears; 5spd T-5; MSD 6AL; E-303; flows
