Best first mod is gears and a shifter (if a manual)
Other good starter bolt-ons are pulleys and a K&N air filter.

If you plan on doing much more than the basic bolt-on stuff, I would go ahead and get some sub-frames in there early too.

Later mods:
MAF, Cold air kit, X\H Pipe

The T/B and injectors are fine until you start into the heavy stuff (forced induction\engine work)
