None of these people have given you any reasons as why to choose their head. So maybe you should listen to me here. I went with the TFS head after some research. Bigger valves, and MUCH better flow numbers. You dont have to take my word for it, check out www.fordmuscle.com they have many aftermarket 5.0 heads all flowtested on their site.. The TFS pretty much comes out on top. Not to mention they will run with high timing and low octane gas, which is pretty nice considering the spiking gas prices.

You can see my motor combo, VERY simple, and still smog legal, and runs 12.5's in a fairly heavy chassis.
