![]() While the 94-95 EEC processor will work there are a few differences that you should be aware of. 1st off the 94-95 EEC was designed for a new model car with some important differences in it. EEC runs a 2 speed electric fan, no big deal. The Major change had to do with Ford trying to deal with a rash of 5 speed trans failures believe it or not. So to address the problem the 94-95 EEC was set up to pull timming out of the ignition on every gear change to soften the "blow " to the trans on shifts. 2nd, timming is pulled out after reaching about 92mph to cut down on the torque load that the trans was seeing in 3-5th gears depending of rear gear ratio. Swaping in a 93 EEC into a 94-95 5.0 usually netted about a .5 sec quarter improvement. Pro-M makes a conversion kit for just such a swap, it also address the electric fan function for the 94-95 that the 93 EEC cannot provide. So I would not use a 94-95 EEc myself unless there just was no other option at the time.
