See the thread "A/C Problem" for a color wiring diagram of the fuel pump power circuit. Power comes from the starter relay through a fuse link, through the EEC Power relay (in kick panel with computer) through the fuel pump relay (under driver's seat in 87-92 cars) through the inertia switch to the pump.
