once you get over 100,000 your going to encounter some problems(its the same for every car), but I've seen many 5.0s with well over 200,000 miles with no major problems. It all depends on how well the car was taken care of. I've seen cars that have been taken care of with 160,000 that run better and have less problems than cars with 40,000 miles that have been beat on
